We are situated in the Karimthottuva area, which is part of Kunnathoor in Kollam. Our mailing address includes the P.O. box and the 690540 code. Sobha Developers Ltd has been operating here for several years. It is a quiet village setting, so we don't have the noise of the city to deal with every day. The people around here are mostly farmers or small business owners. We fit right in because we are just doing our job too. Building things is what we know. We don’t have a marketing department telling us what to say. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, because usually, they are. Sometimes the roads get muddy when it rains, making it hard for the trucks to reach us, but we managed to get through it. The office is a simple room with some chairs and a desk where we look over the site plans. It’s not a fancy corporate environment. We wear boots and dusty clothes most of the time. We try to keep things organized but sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when three different deliveries show up at once. That’s just life in the construction business. We don't mind the hard work. We just want to finish the projects we have on our plate. It’s a good place to be and we are happy to stay here for as long as there is work.
