If you are looking for us, we are located at SN College Junction in Punalur. We have a couple of units, 24S and 24T, inside Alens Apartment. It’s a pretty central spot in town, so it is easy for most people in Kollam to get to us. We run a Nidhi company here, which basically means we help our members with their savings and provide some small-scale credit when they need it. The office is usually humming with the sound of the ceiling fans and people chatting. We aren’t a big, cold institution; we are just a group of local people working for our neighbors. Most of the time, we are busy with passbooks and checking the daily deposits. The space is a bit cramped because of all the files we have to keep, but we know where everything is. We don’t really go for the corporate look. You won’t find anyone in a suit here, just us in our regular clothes trying to get the day’s work done. Punalur is a busy place, and being right by the college junction means there is always something going on outside our windows. We appreciate the people who trust us with their hard-earned money. We do our best to keep things clear and simple for everyone. It’s not a complicated business, just a way for the community to help each other out financially. We’re usually there until the sun starts to go down.
