The place is pretty big, honestly. We’ve got Skyline Auditorium here in Yeroor and it keeps us busy most weekends. Usually, it's weddings or some local community meeting that brings people in. The floor needs a good polish every now and then, and the chairs are just the standard metal ones that we stack up in the corner when nobody is using the space. It isn't a fancy five-star hotel or anything like that. We just provide the room and the stage for whatever people need to do. Some days I'm just here sweeping up flower petals or bits of paper left behind after a party. The acoustics are okay, though it gets a bit echoey when it’s empty. Yeroor is a quiet enough spot most of the time until the music starts blaring from our speakers during a reception. We have a small crew that helps out with the heavy lifting and making sure the bathrooms stay decent. Sometimes the power goes out, which is a headache, but we have a generator out back that we have to kick-start. It’s just how things go around here. We don't spend money on big ads because everyone in the neighborhood knows where we are. It’s just a solid, practical space for the folks living nearby to use when they have something to celebrate together.
