Skyhine Builders Private Limited

Skyhine Builders Private Limited is a small outfit based in Vayakal. Our main office is Kalayathu Veedu, which is located in Melkulangara, right in the Kottarakkara region. It’s a very local business, and we mostly work with people in the surrounding villages. We don't have a big city office or a fleet of fancy cars. Most of our work is done on the ground, visiting sites and talking to homeowners. The office is just a quiet space in the house where we keep our tools and paperwork. Being in a place like Melkulangara means we are surrounded by greenery and small roads. It’s a nice environment to work in, even if it gets a bit muddy during the rainy season. We do a bit of everything when it comes to building. Sometimes it’s a small renovation and other times it’s a whole new house. We don't use any fancy marketing talk because that’s just not who we are. We prefer to let the work speak for itself. Most of our clients are people we’ve known for years or their relatives. It’s a practical way of doing things. We wake up, head to the sites, and make sure everything is being built the way it should be. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy throughout the year in the Kottarakkara area. We’ve been around for a few years now and just take each project as it comes.
