We are Sbna Builders and Developers, located over in Kottarakara. Specifically, we’re at Mp Xv 227 Sivasylam in Vendar. Kollam is a good place to be, and we’ve been working out of this spot for a while. We do construction and some development projects. It's not a huge operation, just a local business trying to make things work. We spend a lot of our time out on sites or sitting at the desk figuring out the next steps for a project. Things in the building trade can be unpredictable, but we try to keep things moving. We don't have a flashy website or a marketing department. It’s mostly just us and the crew. If you come to Vendar, you’ll find us easily enough. We know the area and the people here. Building houses or whatever else is needed is what we do day in and day out. Sometimes the rains in Kerala slow us down, but that's just how it goes here. We don't pretend to be something we're not. We are just builders who know the local land and the local rules. It’s a practical business. We deal with concrete, bricks, and paperwork every day. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have seen our projects around Kottarakara. We just try to do a solid job and get home at the end of the day. It is simple as that.
