Sanoys Construction Private Limited

Down here in Alappuzha, things move at their own pace. We are Sanoys Construction, located in Kattilputhuval, right near the Mahadevikad post office in Karthikapally. It’s a quiet corner of the world, mostly. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our tools and talk about the day's work. The soil around here can be a bit soft, so we spend a lot of time thinking about foundations and how to keep things dry. It gets really hot in the afternoons, so we usually start our work at the sites very early in the morning. We’re just a small group of people who know how to handle bricks and concrete. We don't use those big fancy words to describe what we do. We just build things. If a wall needs to go up or a roof needs fixing, we get the materials and get to work. There’s always someone stopping by the office to ask about a small job or to see if we can help with a renovation. We try to be helpful because it’s a small community and everyone knows each other. Your name is only as good as the last house you finished. We don't have any polished sales pitches or big brochures. We just show up, do the work, and hope the weather stays clear enough for us to finish the slab on time before the next downpour hits.
