Samanto Associates Private Limited

Our place, Samanto Associates Private Limited, is in the Poikayil Building No:2 Kottappuram. We are right in the Pulamon Post area of Kottarakkara, Kollam-691531 Kerala. It is a decent building to work from and most people in the neighborhood know where it is. We handle a variety of associate work and projects around this part of the state. It is a lot of office work mixed with going out to see what is happening on the ground. We have a few desks and a lot of files that seem to grow every month. Kottarakkara is a busy town, so there is always something going on. We don't try to act like a big shot company. We just do our tasks and try to keep our clients updated on their projects. Sometimes the rain here in Kerala makes everything stop, but we just wait it out and start again the next day. We have been in this Poikayil Building for a good bit now and we have seen the area change quite a lot. Our days are mostly spent checking over documents and making sure the math is right on the projects we are managing. It is not always exciting, but it is the work we know how to do. We prefer talking to people directly rather than sending a bunch of formal emails back and forth.
