Our office is tucked away on the first floor of King City Arcade in Karunagappally. The building number is Km 15/1266. It is a busy spot in the middle of town where people are always coming and going. We have been here in Kollam for a while now, just doing our daily work. It is a plain space with some desks and chairs. Nothing fancy or polished. Sometimes the stairs up to the first floor feel a bit long if the weather is hot, but once you are inside, it is a quiet place to sit and talk. We handle all the paperwork for the Nidhi right here. We do not have a big team, just a few local people who know the area well. Most of our day is spent looking at ledgers and talking to people who walk in. We don't bother with big speeches or fancy ads. We just keep the records straight and help out where we can. It’s a regular job for us. The fan overhead hums all day while we work. We see a lot of the same neighbors every week. It feels good to be part of the community here. If you come by King City Arcade, you will probably see us through the window or find us at the main desk. We are just a local business doing things the old way, one day at a time, without any fuss or corporate nonsense.
