Quilon Homes Llp

Quilon Homes Llp is based at Wilson Mandirom which is the house of Wilson George. We are located in Malappara and it is more of a home-style setup than a regular corporate office. We like it that way because it feels more relaxed and we can just focus on the work without all the formal stuff. We handle building and home projects around this area. Usually you will find us sitting around a large table covered in sketches and notes about different sites. Since it is a house there is always something going on and it is a very lived-in space. We do not have any big advertising budgets or fancy marketing people. We just talk to people in the community and take on work as it comes. Sometimes we are out all day visiting different spots in Malappara and the office stays quiet. Other days everyone is here at once and it can get a bit loud with all the talking and planning. We have been doing this for a while and we know the local area very well. If someone needs to find us they usually just ask for Wilson's place. It is a simple way to run things and it has worked for us so far. We just keep doing what we do every day without much fuss or worry about being a big company. That is the way we like it.
