Progarm Trainee

We are located at a place called Lalvilla in the Vellimon West area, which is part of Kollam in Kerala. The surroundings here are very green and peaceful, which is quite a change if you are used to the noise of the bigger cities. Our pin code is 691511 and the building itself is pretty easy to find once you get into the local neighborhood. Our main focus here is on training and helping people learn how to handle different types of programs and daily office tasks. The general feeling of the place is more like a small workshop or a study group rather than a formal, stiff office environment. We have people coming in and out throughout the day to learn the ropes. You will find notebooks lying around everywhere with handwritten notes, instructions, and little diagrams. We use a handful of older computers that are still very reliable for the kind of learning we do here. The floor is made of smooth, cool stone which helps a lot when the weather outside gets humid. We usually keep the windows wide open to catch the breeze coming off the water nearby. It is a very small, local operation. We do not have any big managers or complicated departments. It is just a few people sharing what they know with others who want to learn. We take long breaks in the heat of the afternoon and usually drink some local tea while we talk about our day and things outside work.
