Poozhimel Finpoint Nidhi Limited is based in the Korattiyil Building. We are situated right at Pallikkoodam Junction, which is a spot most people in Peroor P O know quite well. Our office is a basic setup with just enough space for us and a few chairs for visitors. We have been operating out of this building for some time now. We don't go in for fancy decorations or expensive furniture because we would rather just focus on our work. Most of our morning is spent getting the ledgers ready and catching up on the previous day's notes. Being at the junction means we see a lot of familiar faces through the window. We aren't some big city firm with hundreds of employees. It is just a handful of us here doing the regular work of a Nidhi company. People stop by to talk about their savings or ask a few questions about how things work. We try to keep our answers simple and avoid all that confusing financial talk you hear on the news. The Korattiyil Building is easy to find and it is a solid place to work. We like being part of the Peroor area. It feels good to be a local business where you actually know the people you are talking to. Every day is pretty much the same, and we like the steady rhythm of it. We just show up and do our best for the neighborhood.
