Perumon Manufacturing and Marketing is located at No 537, Shine Nivas in the Perumon area. We are a private limited company, but mostly we’re just a group of people who enjoy making things. Manufacturing can be a bit messy and loud, but we don't mind that. It means something is actually being built. We also handle the marketing side of things, trying to find homes for the products we create. It’s a lot of work for a small team. We’ve been at this address for a while now. Shine Nivas is where we set up shop because it’s where we had the space. We don't have a big HR department or fancy titles for everyone. Everyone just chips in where they are needed. Some days we are on the floor checking on production, and other days we are sitting at a desk trying to figure out the best way to explain what we do. It’s not always perfectly organized, and sometimes things go wrong, but we just fix them and move on. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch. We just make things and try to sell them fairly. Perumon is a good place for a business like ours because we know the people around here. It feels like a real community effort most of the time. We try to stay busy and keep the machines running whenever there is an order to fill.
