Lora Exporters & Ventures

Lora Exporters & Ventures is run out of House 28 in Ward No. Ix, over in the Pallipurathu Channa Petta area near Anchal. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here if you aren't used to the local roads, but we like the quiet. We use the space here to manage various ventures and our export business. It’s basically a home office that grew a bit too big for the spare room, so now it takes up a good portion of the house. We don't have a sign out front or a fancy reception area. It’s just us working through the daily list of things that need to be sent out or tracked. Being in Anchal means we are tucked away from the coastal heat, though it still gets plenty warm in the summer. We handle all the coordination ourselves, from the initial order to the final delivery. Sometimes we have to go into town for banking or to meet people, but mostly we are right here at House 28. The internet can be a bit spotty when it rains heavily, but we manage to stay on top of the emails. It’s a very personal way to run a business. We know exactly what is happening with every single box we ship. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy and connected to the market. We've been here since the house was built basically.
