Meditrina Hospitals is situated right at the Ayathil junction in Kollam. If you know the area, you know that the junction is always full of life, with buses and cars constantly moving through. We’ve been at this spot for a while, and it’s become a bit of a landmark for people living nearby. The hospital building stands out at the intersection. Every morning, the staff arrives and the whole place starts to wake up. It’s a lot of work keeping a hospital running 24/7. We have people working shifts at all hours, so the lights never really go out. The waiting area is usually full of families, and you can hear the hum of conversation throughout the day. We don't try to be anything we aren't; we are just a hospital serving the people who come to Ayathil junction. The neighborhood is full of small shops and places to eat, so there’s always something going on outside our gates. It’s not always quiet, and it’s certainly not always perfect, but we do our best to keep things orderly. Our nurses and doctors are just regular people who have dedicated themselves to this kind of work. We’ve seen the city change around us over the years, but we’re still here at the same junction. It’s just a busy, practical place where we take each day as it comes and handle whatever walk-ins arrive.
