Maytas Infra Ltd.

Maytas Infra Ltd. is located at Ayalattu House in the Cherssery Bhagam area of Chavara. We’re down in Kollam, Kerala, and it’s a nice enough place to be. The office is really just a part of the house we’ve set up for business. It’s not a corporate office park, which we think is better. We work on infrastructure projects, managing the logistics and the crews from here. Kerala has its own way of doing things, and we’ve learned to work with the local pace and the weather. Our team is small, mostly just a few locals who know their way around a construction site. We don't have any polished speeches about what we do. It’s just building roads, bridges, or whatever else is on the schedule. The office can get a bit cluttered with blueprints and old invoices, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of our time out on the road visiting sites, so the office is often quiet during the day. We don’t believe in making things more complicated than they need to be. We take the jobs, we do the work, and we move on to the next one. It’s a steady way to live. If you drop by, we might be out, but there’s usually someone around to take a message for us. We just keep it moving.
