Our office is at Miyynazhikathu House, right by the Beach South in Kollam. We are situated opposite the Kadisa Syrian Church. It’s a very recognizable spot in Kerala. You can often hear the sound of the ocean if it's a quiet day. We’ve been here for a good amount of time. The building is an old house that we’ve turned into our workspace. It’s got a lot of character, unlike those modern steel buildings. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of designers. We just have a few desks, some chairs, and a lot of work to get through. The 691013 area is a nice place to be. We see people going to the church or heading to the beach while we are at our desks. We don't use scripted lines when we talk to clients. We just talk like we would to a neighbor. It’s more honest that way. Sometimes the salt air is a bit tough on the electronics, but we manage. We don't have a grand philosophy. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and try to do it right. It’s a very grounded way to work. We like the local feel of being in a house. It makes the day go by a bit easier. L&T in Kollam is just us working hard near the sea, keeping track of our daily tasks without any fuss.
