Life Care Hospital

Our place is just called Life Care Hospital. We don't have a fancy building or a big sign with bright lights to attract attention. It is a simple setup where we focus on the basics of healthcare without any extra fluff. Most of the staff has been here for years, and we have seen a lot of changes in the way things are done in the medical world, but we still prefer the old-fashioned way of talking to people. We don't use much technology besides what is absolutely necessary for the medical equipment. A lot of our records are still kept in big ledgers and folders because it's easier for us to just grab a book when we need to check something. The waiting area has some old chairs and a few magazines that have been sitting there for a long time. It’s not the most modern place you will ever visit, but it’s clean and it works for what we need. We handle everything from minor injuries to people who need to stay for a few days for observation. Sometimes the phones ring off the hook all morning and other times it's so quiet you can hear the birds outside in the trees. We don't have any big slogans or goals other than just helping the person who is standing in front of us. It’s a quiet life, mostly, just doing the work that needs to be done.
