We've been operating out of Edamulakkal for a while now. The office is located at Aravindakshan Nair’s place, in a house named Arunodayam Plavilayil. It is a pretty quiet area in the Kollam district. We mostly deal with bio medical equipment and various lab supplies. People come by when they need specific items for their clinics or the smaller hospitals around this part of Kerala. It isn't a huge flashy office with a glass front, just a practical setup at 10/728 to get the daily work done. Sometimes the road outside gets a bit busy with local traffic, but usually, it's quite calm. Dealing with medical gear involves a lot of paperwork and making sure every single box is packed correctly before it goes out. We have a small team here. Most of us grew up nearby so we know the local roads and the people well. We don't really do much in the way of advertising or social media. Most folks find us through word of mouth or because they’ve been coming here for years. It’s a very straightforward business. We keep the inventory organized in the back rooms. If you are looking for us, just look for the house name on the gate. We’ve been part of this community for a bit, just trying to keep things running smoothly. The humidity here can be quite tough during the summer months, but we stay busy with the orders. Not much else to say, we just provide the lab goods.
