KRISEL BUILDERS AND PROMOTERS PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office for KRISEL BUILDERS AND PROMOTERS PRIVATE LIMITED is on the second floor of the Pulimath Building over on SBT Road in Kadakkal. If you are in Kollam, you probably know the area. We do building work and help with promoting projects around here. It is a small operation, really. Most of our time is spent out on the road or looking at plots of land. We started this because we saw a lot of people needed help figuring out how to get their buildings started. It is not always easy dealing with all the rules and the labor, but we stay busy. The Pulimath Building is a decent place to work from, even if the stairs get a bit much by the end of a long day. We do not have a lot of fancy brochures or anything. We mostly talk to people face to face. If someone needs something built or wants to know about a property, they just come up to the second floor and talk to us. We have lived in Kerala all our lives, so we know how things work here. Some days are slow and some are incredibly hectic, but that is just how the building business goes. We are not looking to change the world, just doing our part in Kollam. We try to be fair and just get the job finished on time. It is straightforward work for us, and we keep at it every day.
