Kirthika Foods

We are Kirthika Foods, located over in Kottuvan Konam, which is near Paravoor in Kollam. Our days are mostly spent around food. It is what we know. The kitchen gets hot and the work is tiring, but we don't mind it much. It’s just what we do. Being in Kollam gives us access to what we need. We aren't a big factory or anything like that. It’s more of a local operation. We have been in Kottuvan Konam for a while, and the neighbors know us by the smells coming from our place. We don't spend money on advertising. People just find out about Kirthika Foods by word of mouth. If you are near Paravoor, you aren't far from us. We don't have a fancy storefront. It’s just a place where we get the work done. Some days are busier than others, especially when there are big orders to fill. We just put our heads down and keep moving. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just want to make sure the food is good and people are happy with what they get. It’s a simple way to run a business. We stay at our spot in Kottuvan Konam and keep the fires going. It’s a lot of cleaning and prepping, but it is our life. We’re just regular people making food in Kollam. No need for fancy talk when the work speaks for itself. We just keep going, day after day, trying to do things right. It's a living.
