Kambarbay Ventures Private Limited is located in Mulankadakom, over at Thirumullavaram. Our specific spot is Varun Nivas, which is building Xxxv/55. It’s not your typical office space. It’s more of a home that we’ve converted to work out of. We think it’s a lot more comfortable than being stuck in a high-rise. We are based in Kollam and we’ve been here for a good while. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, except for when the school nearby lets out. We do various venture projects from this office. It’s just a small team of us, so there’s no hierarchy or anything like that. We just talk across the room when we need something. Sometimes we have to deal with the typical issues like slow mail or the rain making the roads a mess. But we manage. We aren't interested in being some huge corporate entity. We just want to run our business our own way. We started Kambarbay Ventures because we had some ideas we wanted to try out. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just have a calendar and a lot of work to get through. The 691012 area is where we feel most at home. We’ve settled in here and we plan to stay. It’s just a practical, honest way to work. We show up, do what needs to be done, and that’s the end of it.
