Heptarch Developers Private Limited

We've been operating Heptarch Developers Private Limited for a while now from our spot at Tra 183. It is right over in Hamasthekkevila P O, near Mundakkal. People around here usually just know us as the local guys who handle building projects. We aren't a big fancy firm with a lobby or anything. It’s mostly just us at the desk or out on a site. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it is quiet enough to hear the birds. We mostly stick to this area because we know the roads and how things work with the local supplies. Building things takes time and there is always something that doesn't go quite right at first, like a delivery being late or the weather turning bad. We just deal with it as it comes. Being based in Mundakkal means we are close to the people we work for. It makes things easier when you can just drive over and see how a wall is going up. We have a small office and we keep our tools and papers there. It’s nothing special to look at, but it works for what we do. We don’t really do big ads. Most folks find us through word of mouth or by seeing our sign at a site. We just try to get the jobs done so we can move on to the next one. That is how it goes here. It’s a lot of work but we like staying busy.
