Healers Drugs & Surgicals

Being right near the Government Hospital in Chinnakada keeps us pretty busy. Healers Drugs & Surgicals is located in a spot where people are often in a hurry or worried, so we try to be as quick and helpful as possible. We stock a lot of surgical items along with the usual medicines because of where we are. The shop is usually full of boxes because we have to keep a high stock level for the hospital needs nearby. It’s not the most beautiful shop in the world, but it’s functional. We have rows of glass cabinets and a back room that’s packed to the ceiling. The staff here has been around for years. We know the doctors and the nurses who walk over from the hospital during their breaks. Working in Chinnakada means dealing with a lot of noise and traffic, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don't use any fancy systems, just a lot of lists and a good memory for where everything is kept. Sometimes we run out of space, but we always find a way to fit the new shipments in. It’s a bit chaotic during the peak hours in the afternoon, but we just take it one person at a time. We’re here to make sure that when someone needs a specific surgical tool or a bottle of medicine, we have it ready on the shelf for them without any fuss.
