Fettle Engineering Pvt Ltd is based at Raj Villa, right near Mukkada Junction in the Alayamon part of Anchal. It’s a fairly quiet area compared to the big cities, which suits us just fine. Our office is inside Raj Villa, and it’s a comfortable enough place to spend the day doing engineering work. We have all our computers and technical gear set up there, and there is usually a lot of talk about projects and numbers going on. We are a small company and we don’t have any corporate layers or managers breathing down our necks. It’s just us working together to solve whatever problems come across our desks. The Mukkada Junction is a good spot because everyone around Anchal knows where it is, so we don’t have to give complicated directions. We’ve been here for a while and have built up a bit of a routine. In the mornings, we usually sit and plan out what needs to get done before the heat of the day kicks in. We don't use any fancy language to describe ourselves or what we do. We are just engineers who know our trade and try to do an honest day’s work. The office has a few plants that someone forgets to water sometimes, and the chairs are a bit old, but it’s where we get things done. We like being part of the community here in Alayamon and just want to keep things running smoothly for a long time.
