Fenix Homes Private Limited is located at 19/772, Yemuna Nediyara in Anchal. We are tucked away in a part of Kollam that has a good mix of quiet and activity. The office is set up in a building that feels more like a local landmark than a modern office block. Inside, we have our desks arranged in a way that lets us talk to each other while we work. There is usually a pile of property documents on the main table that we are slowly working through. We don't have any flashy signs or a big marketing department. It’s just a small group of us handling property matters for the local area. Anchal is a nice place to be based, and we’ve gotten to know the neighborhood around Yemuna Nediyara pretty well. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, so we end up doing things the old-fashioned way with pen and paper. We have a few chairs for visitors, though they mostly get used for holding stacks of folders. The walls have a few maps pinned up with coffee stains on the edges. We aren’t trying to be anything other than a local business in Kollam. It’s a simple, honest workspace where we deal with land and houses. We like the pace of life here in Anchal and the people we get to meet every day at the office.
