DEYANDEVA ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTIONS is based in Kottarakkara, specifically in the Thalachira area of Kollam. The office is at Kalabhavan, and it is where Deepak T and the rest of the team manage things. We focus on engineering and construction work, which basically means we spend a lot of time looking at structural plans and then trying to make them work in the real world. Kollam is a beautiful place, but the terrain can be tricky for building sometimes. We deal with a lot of local regulations and site inspections, which can be quite a headache. Our day-to-day life is mostly about solving small problems before they become big ones. We are a small team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to going out to the site to check on the foundation. It is not a glamorous job. There is a lot of mud, a lot of dust, and plenty of long hours spent under the sun.
