We are in Muthoot Chambers, right on Vadayattukotta Road in Jerom Nagar. It is a busy part of the city and there is always something going on outside our door. Our shop is small and we have glass counters filled with phones and accessories. We spend most of our time fixing screens or looking at motherboards. People bring in their devices when they stop working or if they need a new case. We have been at this location for a while now. It is not a fancy showroom, just a practical place for digital stuff. The building is usually full of people going to different offices. We get a lot of noise from the street, especially the buses and bikes. We drink tea from the local shop and talk to the neighbors. It is just a few of us working here. We try to keep up with all the new technology, but it changes so fast. Sometimes we have to tell people that their phone cannot be fixed, which is never fun. We don't have a big corporate office or a marketing team. We just open up, do the repairs, and help the customers who walk in. Vadayattukotta Road is a good place to be because so many people pass by every day. We try to be helpful and just do our job well. It is simple work but it keeps us busy from morning till night. We are glad to be part of the community in Jerom Nagar.
