You can find our office at Vasudeva Bhavan in Ezhukon. The address used to be different, 8/503, but now it is 13/1096, which confuses some of the older folks who have been coming here for years. We are right here in the heart of Kollam. It’s a Nidhi company, so we mostly deal with the people living in the immediate area. We handle the small stuff, like when someone needs a bit of cash for a wedding or wants to put away a few rupees every week. It’s a very local operation. The building itself is quite traditional, and we haven't changed much inside over the years. We like it that way because it feels like home to most of our members. There are usually a few of us behind the counter ready to help with the forms. Sometimes the rain makes the roof a bit loud, but we just talk a little louder. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. People just know we are here. If you need to find us, just ask around the Ezhukon post office area. We are usually there from morning until the evening. It’s a practical place for practical people. We don't use big words or complicated contracts. We just explain things simply and get the paperwork signed. It’s how things have always been done in this part of Kollam, and we see no reason to change it.
