We are located over in Pada North in Karunagappally, specifically at Anoop Manzil. It’s a place where we spend most of our time dealing with snacks and food items. The air inside always has a bit of a spicy or fried smell to it, which is something you just get used to after a few days. We don't have a big corporate setup. It’s mostly just us working through the piles of ingredients and getting the snacks ready for people to buy. The floor can get a bit messy during the peak hours, but we try our best to keep things moving. We’ve got some locals working here who have been with us for a while now. They know the routine better than anyone. Sometimes the packaging machines act up, which is a real headache when you have a lot of orders to fill, but we manage to fix things and carry on. It’s not an easy job standing on your feet all day, but it’s what we do. People in the area know our name because we’ve been around this part of Kollam for some time. We aren't trying to be some massive company that doesn't know its workers. We’re just a local food business trying to do things right from our spot in KP 1/1421. It’s a lot of work, but seeing the bags all lined up at the end of the day feels okay.
