We operate out of Chingeli Gardens, specifically at number 575/A. It’s over in the Pulipparakadakkal area of Kollam. It’s more of a home-base for our contracting work than a shiny glass office. We’ve got the 691536 pin code area covered. Most of the time, the trucks are moving in and out, and the office is just where we handle the billing and the site assignments. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but it’s a good spot. We don't have fancy signs or a big lobby with a receptionist. Just a door and a place to sit and talk business. Kollam is where we started, and we’ve stayed here because we know the people and the land. It’s practical for us. When you’re in contracting, you spend more time in the mud than in a swivel chair anyway. We keep our records in order here at Chingeli Gardens. It’s a quiet neighborhood, so we try not to make too much noise with the machines, though that’s hard with construction work. The team is small, but we’ve been doing this for a while. We don’t promise anything we can’t do. We just take the contracts, look at the specs, and get to work. It's a basic setup, nothing more, nothing less. We usually start very early in the morning before it gets too hot to think. The files are a bit dusty but they are all there. We keep things moving as best as we can.
