Being located in the Kinfra Food Processing Park over in Elamannoor is a bit different than being on a regular street. There are always other businesses around doing similar things. We are specifically near the P.O. in Adoor, which is a decent spot for getting things moved out. Our daily routine is mostly about the processing lines. We have a set of machines that we keep running as much as we can. It’s a lot of watching timers and checking temperatures to make sure everything is handled right. The staff mostly wears hairnets and aprons all day, so we don't look very fancy. We aren't trying to be some massive food giant. We just want to make food products that people can actually use in their kitchens. Sometimes the paperwork gets to be a bit much, especially with all the rules in the park, but we stay on top of it. The loading dock is always a busy place around noon. We’ve had to fix the equipment ourselves more than once when the technician was too far away to come quickly. It’s just the reality of running a food business. We drink a lot of coffee in the break room to keep going through the long shifts. There isn't much to say about us other than we work hard and try to stay out of trouble. It’s a noisy place, but it feels like home to us after all these years.
