AJK Engineering & Infrastructure Private Limited is based out of Jyothis, which is at Kera Nagar 49A. We’re in the Kavanadu area, near the post office. It’s a local spot where we’ve set up our engineering work for the long term. We don't have a big, shiny corporate office with lots of glass. It’s more of a functional space where we handle the infrastructure side of things and look at our plans. Kavanadu is a nice area, and being in Kera Nagar means we’re part of a real neighborhood where people know each other. We spend our days dealing with engineering plans and making sure the infrastructure projects are moving along as they should. It’s not always glamorous work, and there's a lot of dust from the sites that follows us back. There’s a lot of calculating and double-checking everything on the blueprints. We’re just a group of people who know how to build things and want to do it right. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon when we talk to people about our work. If something needs to be fixed or adjusted, we just fix it. We’ve been here for a while, and we like the local feel of the place. It makes the work feel more personal when you’re not stuck in some high-rise building downtown. Most of our tools and files are right here in the office. We keep it simple and focus on the job at hand. You won't find any big promotional signs here.
