Zeke Realty Private Limited is located at 888/2 in the Madhurdahpo area. This is part of the East Kolkata Township Project, which is a place that has seen a lot of development lately. We decided to set up here because there is so much happening with new buildings and land being sorted out. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a room where we keep our files and meet with people who are interested in the local market. It’s pretty quiet compared to the city center, but the township project keeps us plenty busy. We spend our time looking at property listings and trying to stay on top of all the rules that come with real estate in this specific part of Kolkata. Some days we spend more time driving around to different plots than we do sitting at our desks. Real estate work is basically just a lot of talking to people and checking on physical locations to make sure everything is as it should be. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated processes. It’s just about knowing the area and being here when people need to ask about a property. The 888/2 address is where you’ll find us most of the time. We aren't a big chain, just a local private limited company trying to do our job well in the township. It’s honest work and we enjoy being part of the growth happening out here in East Kolkata.
