Zehra International

You can find us on the first floor at 54 Bright Street. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, especially if you’re carrying something, but it’s not too bad. Zehra International is located here, and we’ve been working out of this space for quite some time. The street outside can get pretty crowded during the middle of the day with vendors and shoppers. Up here on the first floor, it’s a bit away from the main noise of the sidewalk, which helps us focus. We have a lot of stuff coming in and out, so the hallway is often a bit blocked with boxes and crates. We try to keep it neat but it’s a struggle sometimes when a big shipment arrives. It’s a working office, not a showroom for people to browse. We spend most of our time on the phone or at the computer handling the international side of things. It's just a regular team of people here. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls or expensive furniture. Mostly it's just calendars, maps, and stacks of files. Bright Street has a lot of character, and we like being part of the history here. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out and get back to work. It’s just how things are in this part of town. We keep it simple and just focus on the daily tasks.
