York Webnet

We set up shop here on R. B. C. Road quite a few years back. Most people know the spot because it is right near the Mrinialini Cinema. If you are walking past the theater, you basically can't miss us. It is not a very fancy office or anything, just a small place where we handle internet and web things for people around here. Some days it gets pretty busy with everyone coming in at once, but we try to keep things organized. I started York Webnet because I noticed a lot of neighbors needed help getting online or fixing their sites. It’s mostly just a few of us working behind the desks. We don't have a big corporate team or some fancy reception area. It is just a practical workspace where we get things done. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks and we have to run out to the corner shop, but that is just how it goes in a small business. We like being part of this neighborhood. People stop by to chat about their projects or ask a quick question about their connection. It’s better than being in a big glass building downtown where nobody knows your name. We just focus on the work right here at No. 1/1. It might look a bit cluttered with cables and papers sometimes, but we know where everything is. If you need something looked at, you can just walk in. We're usually here until the evening most days of the week. It works for us.
