We’ve been over at 7/47B Bijoygorh in Kolkata for a good while now. It’s a busy spot but we like it here. People around the neighborhood know where to find us if they need something done for their home or office. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. Just a workspace where we get things sorted. It’s usually a bit messy with samples and plans lying around, but that’s how we work best. My cousin used to help out, but now it’s just a small team of us handling the day-to-day. We mostly do work around the South Kolkata area because it’s easy for us to get to from Bijoygorh. Sometimes the traffic is a nightmare, but we manage. If you walk past the old tea stall, we're just down that lane. We’ve done a few flats in the newer buildings and some of the older houses too. It's mostly word of mouth that keeps us going. We don’t really do big ads. We just try to finish the job so people are happy enough to tell their neighbors. It's a simple setup. We pick up the phone, talk about what’s needed, and then get to it. Sometimes we’re out on site all day, so the office stays locked, but we're always reachable. It's just honest work, nothing too complicated about it. It doesn't take much to keep things running when you have a good group of people.
