Wsa Lines(Shipping Line)

We are located on the first floor at 9/2B, Deodar Street in Kolkata. Being in the 700019 area of West Bengal, we are right in the heart of things. We operate as a shipping line, which means we spend our lives thinking about vessel schedules, port fees, and container space. It is a specific kind of business that requires a lot of local knowledge. Our office isn't anything you'd see in a magazine. It’s just a plain space with desks, chairs, and a lot of ringing phones. We don't have a department for marketing or public relations. We just handle the business ourselves. We talk to the folks down at the docks and make sure the cargo is actually where it is supposed to be. It takes a lot of coordination to get things right. Kolkata has its own pace of life, and we have adapted to it over the years. We don't like using big, fancy words to describe what we do. If a shipment is stuck, we just say it's stuck and try our best to get it moving again. We are just a group of normal people who work together every day. It gets noisy in here when things are busy, but that is just how it goes. We’ve stayed in this spot because we like the neighborhood and the people around us. We just want to keep things running for our customers.
