Woven Earth Private Limited

We've been at 205 Rabindra Sarani for a while now. If you know this part of Kolkata, you know the 3rd floor is where we keep things moving. It gets pretty loud downstairs with the traffic and people shouting, but up here, it’s mostly just us getting through the day's work. Woven Earth is basically a bunch of people who know a bit about fabric. We aren't a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s mostly just shelves, desks, and some fans to keep the heat away. Sometimes the elevator acts up, so we take the stairs, which is quite a climb. We deal with woven materials mostly. The light in the afternoons is actually pretty good through the windows. We’ve got stacks of samples lying around and sometimes it feels a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. People come and go, deliveries arrive, and we just try to keep up with the orders. It’s not a big corporate setup, just a local business trying to do things right. We drink a lot of tea while we look over patterns. If you ever stop by, you'll see we're just regular folks in a regular workspace. It’s a busy street out there, but this floor is our little corner where we manage everything. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, yet the work stays pretty much the same day to day.
