Our office is located on the fourth floor of the Centre Point Building, right at 28/2 Shakespeare Sarani in the Circus Avenue area. It’s a central spot in Kolkata, so there is always something going on downstairs. Being on the fourth floor means we have to wait for the elevator quite a bit, especially during lunch hours. We handle logistics, which basically means we spend our time on the phone or the computer tracking where things are. The office is a bit cramped with all the desks and files, but we make it work. It’s a lot of coordinate work, making sure things move from the ports to wherever they need to go. We have a lot of paperwork to deal with, customs forms and shipping manifests. It isn't always exciting, but it’s important. We have some tea and snacks in the corner for when the days get long. The view from the window is just other buildings and the busy street below. We've been here for years, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we're too busy with the daily logistics to worry about that. Most of our clients are businesses that have been working with us for a long time. They just call us up, and we figure out the best way to move their goods. It's just a regular office life here where we manage the complicated stuff so you don't have to worry about it.
