Wooden Leaf Lodges & Resorts Private Limited is run from our office on Dilkhusha Street. We are at 98B, which is in a part of the city that is always busy. The street outside is narrow and there are always cars and people moving about. It’s a bit of an old-school neighborhood, and our office fits right in. We don't have a big corporate sign or a fancy glass front. It’s just a place where we sit down to manage our lodges and resorts. Most of our time is spent on the phone or working on the computer to make sure everything at our properties is going well. We deal with all the small details that guests don't usually see, like fixing leaks or ordering more towels. It’s a lot of work, and sometimes it gets a bit stressful when multiple things go wrong at once. We aren't some giant company with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group of people trying to make a living in the hospitality world. We like the area we are in because it feels real. You can go out and get a good tea right on the corner. We spend our days making sure the bookings are correct and the staff at the resorts are doing okay. It’s a straightforward business and we try to keep it that way without adding too much unnecessary stress to our daily lives.
