Our place is at 190 Jayashree Park, over in Block-B of Behala. It’s more of a residential neighborhood that’s slowly turned into a place for small businesses too. We’ve been operating from here for quite some time. We deal with surgical items and medical tools. It’s a quiet street usually, except for the occasional delivery truck. Our workspace is pretty simple. We have shelves lined with various instruments, all kept in their packaging. It’s not a big factory. It’s a small, focused operation. The people who work here are mostly from around Behala. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just talk to the doctors and hospital staff who need our help. Sometimes we sit out front when it’s quiet. The building is an old one, with those thick walls that stay cool in the summer. We don't have a website with a lot of bells and whistles. We prefer when people just call us or come by to see what we have. It’s more personal that way. There’s always a bit of dust because of the road construction nearby, but we keep the equipment clean. We’ve stayed in Jayashree Park because it’s where we started. It feels like home to us, and we know our way around the local shops. It is a decent living and the people here are friendly enough.
