Wizardz Events

Wizardz Events is located at No. 34/H Canal West Road. It’s a bit of a tricky spot to find if you aren't looking closely for the number. We have a small studio where we keep all the decorations and equipment for the events we do around the city. There are stacks of chairs in one corner and boxes of lights and wires in another. It’s usually a bit of a mess in here especially right before a big party or a wedding starts. We spend most of our time out at the venues anyway so the office is often empty. Putting up tents and arranging flowers takes a lot of effort and the hours are usually very late at night. We aren't some high-end luxury planners with a big staff. We just help people set up their celebrations so things look nice and they are happy with the result. My brother helps with the heavy lifting and I handle the bookings and the planning part. Sometimes the music systems act up but we always carry spare wires and tools just in case. Canal West Road is a busy area so we have to load our vans quickly so we don't block the traffic for too long. It’s a lot of running around and sweating but seeing a finished setup is a good feeling for us. We don't have a fancy office for meetings. We usually just meet people at the venue or at a nearby cafe to talk things over.
