Widhan Realtors Llp is based at 28 Chittranjan Avenue in Kolkata. It’s a very busy part of the city, right in the thick of things. Our office is just a simple room where we manage our real estate work. We’ve been here for some time and we know the neighborhood well. Most days, we are either on the phone or sitting across from someone talking about property. Chittranjan Avenue is always crowded, so there’s a lot of energy outside. Inside the office, it’s a bit quieter, but we stay busy. We don't have a big corporate feel at Widhan Realtors Llp. It’s just us, some computers, and a lot of property files. People come to us when they need to find a place or sell what they have. We try to be straightforward and just give them the facts. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in this business in India, so we spend a lot of time on that. It’s not always exciting, but it’s important work. We like being in this part of Kolkata because it's easy for people to find us. We don't use any fancy talk. We just show the properties and help with the legal side of things. It’s been our home for a while and we plan to stay here at number 28. It’s just a regular local business doing its thing. The office walls are a bit plain, but we don't mind much.
