Our place is on the 1st floor at 133A, Rashbehari Avenue. It’s a busy street and there is always something going on outside our windows. The sounds of horns and people walking by never really stops until late at night. Getting up to the first floor is easy enough, though the stairs are a bit narrow and old. We’ve got a few rooms filled with desks and equipment where the daily work happens. It’s not a huge space, so things can get a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time. We keep the windows open mostly to let some air in, though the city noise comes in with it. Most of the staff has been around for a long time and we’ve all learned to work around the little quirks of the office, like the light switch that sticks sometimes. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and dealing with files. It’s a lot of routine stuff that keeps the business going. We don't go in for big meetings or long speeches. Usually, we just talk across the room to get things sorted out. It’s a very grounded kind of atmosphere here. Lunchtime is usually just everyone sitting together and sharing whatever they brought from home. It’s just a regular office in a very busy part of the city and we have been here for years.
