Waterproofing & Construction Industry

Our office is over on C.I.T. Road in Kolkata, right in the Surya Shree Apartments. We are up on the fourth floor in a flat we turned into a workspace. It is a bit cramped with all the files and samples of sealant we keep around, but it works for us. Kolkata is a noisy city and you can always hear the horns and the street vendors from our windows. We focus on waterproofing and general construction because the monsoon here really does a number on the buildings. If a roof starts leaking or a basement gets damp, we are usually the ones people call to come take a look. We have seen all kinds of water damage in these old West Bengal buildings. Sometimes we have to climb up on some very shaky roofs to find where the trouble is starting. We are not a giant corporation. We are just a group of guys who know how to handle a trowel and some heavy-duty chemicals. Getting the machinery up the stairs or into the elevator is always a bit of a chore every morning. We do not use a lot of big words or fancy promises. If there is a leak, we find it and we seal it up. It is messy, wet work, and we usually go home covered in gray dust. We just keep our heads down and get the job finished so the building stays dry.
