Our building has that typical Kolkata character. It’s not brand new, but it’s got a lot of personality. Being part of the Tata group is something people mention, but here at the office, we are just the local team. We deal with the day-to-day things. Shyamananda Road is a decent spot, not too far from the main buzz but tucked away enough to get some work done. The office is usually full of the sound of ceiling fans and the clatter of keyboards. We have a lot of old files and new ones too. It’s a bit of a mix. We don’t really go in for fancy decor or expensive furniture. It’s just desks, chairs, and people who have been working together for a long time. The rains in Kolkata can make getting to work a bit of a challenge sometimes, but we always make it in. We just take things as they come. If you are looking for us, just head towards Bhowanipur. We are pretty much settled in here and don't plan on moving anytime soon. It’s a simple, hardworking environment. No marketing talk, just the actual work getting finished every day by the team.
