Vodafone Store Minto Park

Our store is located in Ideal Plaza at 11/1 Sarat Bose Road. People around here usually just call it the Minto Park area because it’s so close. We handle phone connections and billing stuff for folks in this part of the city. The building is easy to find once you are on Sarat Bose Road. We have been here for a bit now. It’s not a giant place, but we have enough chairs for people who are waiting their turn. Sometimes the billing system takes a minute to load, but that is just how it goes with technology sometimes. We see a lot of office workers coming in during their lunch breaks to get things sorted. It is a busy part of town, so we try to keep things moving so people don’t have to wait too long. We have the usual recharge plans and some phones sitting in the glass cases. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a relief when it gets really hot outside. We aren't trying to be anything more than a neighborhood phone shop. We just open up in the morning and deal with whatever mobile issues people bring through the door. Sometimes people even stop by just to ask for directions because of Minto Park. We just point them the right way. It is a straightforward setup with a small team that knows the plans pretty well.
