Vivekananda Ent Clinic

Our clinic is located at 253E N.S.C. Bose Road in the Naktala area. It is specifically for ear, nose, and throat problems, so it’s not a general hospital where you go for everything. Because we are on such a busy road, the traffic outside is almost always noisy, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. The space inside is small and we’ve tried to make the most of it. You’ll usually find a few people waiting in the chairs by the front desk. It’s a quiet atmosphere inside despite the street noise. The doctor has been practicing here for a long time and knows a lot of the families in the neighborhood. People come in with simple stuff like earaches or more complicated throat issues. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that; we just rely on people telling their friends about us. The records are kept in files, and we try to keep the appointments on time, though sometimes things run a bit late if a patient needs more attention. It’s a basic, honest clinic. We don’t have fancy coffee machines in the waiting room, just some old magazines and a water cooler. It is the kind of place where the doctor actually remembers your history without looking at the chart for ten minutes. We just focus on fixing the ENT problems that people bring in.
