Our place is located at P-104 on Taratolla Road. If you know this part of the city, you know it’s mostly industrial and can get pretty congested with all the heavy vehicles. We’ve been operating from this site for many years. It’s a large plot that accommodates both our administrative work and the more industrial parts of what we do. We deal with refractory materials and things used in high-temperature processes, like in steel plants. It’s a gritty kind of business. The building has seen some wear and tear over the seasons, but it serves its purpose well. Inside, there's a lot of activity, people moving between departments and handling the paperwork that comes with large industrial orders. We don't have any fancy lobby or receptionists in uniforms. Usually, you just walk in and find whoever you’re looking for at their desk. The staff is a mix of older guys who have been here forever and some newer faces. We have a canteen where we get our tea and snacks. The noise from Taratolla Road is constant, but it becomes background noise after a while. We aren't doing anything revolutionary; we’re just providing materials that other industries need to keep their furnaces running. It’s a steady pace and we try to stay on top of the schedule. It’s just how we run things here.
