Our base of operations is over at P-65 on Taratala Road, which is a busy stretch of pavement if there ever was one. Veeline Exports Limited has been operating out of this spot for a while now, and we are well-acquainted with the heavy trucks and the constant movement of goods in this area. The building is a solid, practical structure that suits the kind of work we do. Most days are spent looking at shipping manifests and checking boxes in the warehouse area. It is not a quiet office environment; there is usually someone shouting across the floor or the sound of a forklift somewhere in the background. We have a few desks set up for the paperwork, but most of the action happens where the stuff is actually moving. The rain in this part of town can be a real hassle, making Taratala Road a bit of a mess, but we just keep going regardless. We don't have fancy decorations on the walls, just calendars and maybe a few old photos of how the place used to look. We like it this way because it feels real and grounded. It is about the daily grind of exports and making sure everything is where it needs to be. When the sun goes down, we lock up the heavy doors and head home, ready to do the same thing again tomorrow.
